We had earlier reported on Thursday that the lady who was filmed flogging a 10-year old boy and locked him up in a dog’s cage will be charged to court on Friday. True to the information, she was charged at Ikeja Magistrate court sitting at Ogba on Friday. Her lawyer applied that she be granted bail since her offence is a bailable offence, but the Magistrate refused the bail application.
She was consequently remanded in prison!
