Kano child bride accused of murder freed

KANO – A Kano High Court sitting in Gezawa, Tuesday, discharged Wasila Tasiu 14 over the murder of her late husband and 3 others. In a landmark judgement,  Justice ruled that based on the formal application before the court from the office of the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, “the case is hereby terminated and the accused is discharged”.
